Individual Therapy
Together, we can look at the messages you have received from family, doctors, media, peers, and diet culture. We can explore how those messages have shaped your beliefs about your body and your sense of what you are allowed to do, wear, want, or become.

This work may include exploring chronic dieting, experiences with weight stigma, fear of weight gain, use of or pressure to use GLP-1 medications, disconnection from hunger and fullness cues, and the belief that your body is something to constantly monitor or control.

Body shame often travels with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, all of which can be addressed as we work together with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Together, we will work toward greater self-trust, acceptance, peace, and freedom.
