Group Therapy
Many people carry body shame privately.
In group, clients have the opportunity to name experiences that are often isolating, like avoiding activities because of body size, feeling blamed in medical settings, believing weight is a personal failure, or waiting to fully participate in life until their body changes.

In group, we explore how weight stigma and diet culture shape our relationship with food, movement, health, and self-worth. We also consider what it might mean to reclaim the mental space that has been taken up by body monitoring and self-criticism.

The goal is not weight loss. The goal is connection, insight, self-compassion, and a greater sense of peace in the body you have now.
