Group Therapy

Many people carry shame privately.

Group therapy offers a space to name experiences that can feel deeply isolating, such as struggling with body image, disordered eating, eating disorders, avoiding activities because of body size, feeling blamed in medical settings, navigating anxiety or depression, or waiting to fully participate in life until something about yourself changes.

Together, we can explore how culture, relationships, stress, weight stigma, and diet culture can shape our relationships with food, movement, health, self-worth, and emotional well-being. We can also consider what it might mean to reclaim the mental space that has been taken up by body monitoring, comparison, worry, shame, and self-criticism.

The goal is not weight loss. It is connection, insight, self-compassion, emotional support, and a greater sense of peace with yourself and the life you are living now.
