One shiny blue heart

Individual Therapy

Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, cultural messages, and life stressors that have shaped how you see yourself and move through the world.

For some clients, this may include looking at messages received from family, doctors, media, peers, and diet culture, and how those messages have affected beliefs about your body, food, health, self-worth, and what you are allowed to do, eat, wear, want, or become.

This work may include exploring disordered eating, eating disorders, chronic dieting, experiences with weight stigma, fear of weight gain, use of or pressure to use GLP-1 medications, disconnection from hunger and fullness cues, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, and the belief that your body or your feelings are something to constantly monitor or control.

Whether you are seeking support for body image, food concerns, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, we can work together toward greater self-trust and acceptance with compassion, curiosity, and care.
