Services
I offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy for clients exploring disordered eating, eating disorders, body shame, diet culture, weight stigma, weight cycling, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
Â
I also support parents who are concerned about these issues affecting their children or loved ones and want to respond with care rather than shame.Â
Healing often benefits from a team approach. When additional support would be helpful, I can refer clients to size-inclusive medical providers, psychiatrists, dietitians, and personal trainers who understand that health, nourishment, movement, and well-being are not defined by body size.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to explore your relationship with your body, food, health, shame, and self-worth.Â

Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others who understand what it is like to live in a world shaped by diet culture and weight stigma.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a space to explore communication patterns, physical intimacy, and emotional closeness.

Parent and Family Support
Parent and family support can help strengthen your relationship with your children and loved ones and help you respond to concerns in ways that protect their self-worth and emotional well-being.
